212例初诊肿瘤患者生命质量及需求分析

Analysis of Quality of Life and Needs by 212 Newly Diagnosed Cancer Patients

目的研究初诊肿瘤患者的生命质量现状,并针对其需求提出建议。方法选取2015年8月—2016年8月的初诊肿瘤患者,对他们进行生命质量和需求状况问卷调查。结果肿瘤患者的总体健康状况评分标准分值为62.58±23.87,中重度经济困难者、疲倦者及失眠者分别占30.66%、29.24%、21.23%。患者需求主要是诊疗、家庭支持、知识知晓、情绪管理等。结论肿瘤患者生命质量有待提高,可针对其需求采取综合措施提高其生命质量。

Objective To study the quality of life of patients with primary cancer,to make suggestions on their needs.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the quality of life and the needs of primary cancer patients from August 2015 to August 2016.Results The score of the overall health status score was 62.58±23.87,and the moderately severe economic hardships,the tired,and the insomniacs accounted for 30.66%,29.24%,and 21.23%respectively.The main needs of the patients were diagnosis,family support,knowledge awareness,emotional management and so on.Conclusion The quality of life of the cancer patients needs to be improved,and comprehensive measures should be taken to improve the quality of life.
