Clinical Analysis and Epidemiological Investigation of Children with Low IgA

目的了解常州市儿童医院就诊患儿血清血免疫球蛋白A(IgA)低下患儿临床特点和流行病学趋势。方法选择该院2015年1月1日—2017年5月1日,1岁以上且实验室血清IgA<0.05g/L的45例住院患儿为病例组进行回顾性分析,选取同期1岁以上且实验室血清IgA>0.05g/L的五官科住院手术患儿47例作为对照组。结果病例组和对照组在年龄、感染、发热、皮疹和血清血免疫球蛋白G(IgG)降低等方面存在统计学差异。将各指标纳入多因素logistic回归分析之后,发现年龄对IgA低下有显著影响,感染等因素影响不显著。结论血IgA低下的儿童更容易发生感染、皮疹、血IgG降低;年龄与IgA低下最为相关;血IgA低下儿童预后良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and epidemiological trend of children with low serum IgA in Changzhou Children's Hospital.Methods From January 1,2015 to May 1,2017,45 hospitalized children over 1 year old with laboratory serum IgA<0.05g/L were analyzed retrospectively.Forty-seven children over one year old with laboratory serum IgA>0.05g/L were selected as control group.Results There were statistical differences in age,infection,fever,rash and IgG reduction between the observation group and the control group.After incorporating the indicators into multivariate logistic regression analysis,it was found that fever and age had significant effects on low IgA level,while infection had no significant effects.Conclusion Children with low serum IgA are more prone to infection,skin rash and lower serum IgG.Age is most related to low serum IgA.Children with low serum IgA have a good prognosis.
