摘要
随着企业装备智能化的转型,复合型人才成为核心竞争力。从依托"校企双主体学院",搭建"生产性校内实训基地、紧密型校外实训基地、共享型科技研发平台"三级平台,建立"课程、训练、评价、保障"四维体系等三方面阐述了跨界培养人才的路径,提出了"234"人才跨界培养模式,对整合资源,提高办学效率,增强学生岗位适应性具有实践意义。
With the transformation of intelligent enterprise equipment,compound talents have become the core competitiveness.This paper analyses the path of interdisciplinary talents training from three aspects:to build"School-enterprise dual-subject college"as a base,to construct a three-level platform of"productive on-campus training base,off-campus training base with a close cooperation,and platform sharing technology research and development";to establish a four-dimensional system of"curriculum,training,evaluation,and guarantee".It also puts forward the"234"interdisciplinary talents training mode,which has practical significance for integrating resources,improving school efficiency and enhancing students'adaptability.
