基于现代学徒制的城轨运营专业课程体系构建探索——以西安铁路职业技术学院为例

Exploration on the Curriculum System Construction of Urban Rail Operation Management Major Based on Modern Apprenticeship——Take Xi'an Railway Vocational & Technical Institute as an Example

以西安铁路职业技术学院现代学徒制试点专业城市轨道交通运营管理专业为例,探讨在现代学徒制试点过程中专业课程体系构建的思路与实践,构建了"四岗+四能+三证"的工学结合人才培养模式,以及"学校课程+企业课程"横向课程体系与"通识能力课程+基础能力课程+专项能力课程+综合能力课程"纵向课程体系相结合的立体交互课程体系。

Taking the pilot major of modern apprenticeship in Xi'an Railway Vocational&Technical Institute,Urban Rail Operation Management,as an example,this paper discusses the idea and practice of the construction of the professional curriculum system in the pilot process of the modern apprenticeship system.It also constructs the training model of"Four Post+Four Ability+Three Certificates",combining a horizontal curriculum system of"School Curriculum+Enterprise Curriculum"as well as a vertical curriculum system"General Ability Course+Basic Ability Course+Specialized Ability Course+Comprehensive Ability Course",which have formed a three-dimensional interactive curriculum system.
