专业教育、创业教育与创新性人才培养融合研究——以高职金融类专业为例

Research on the Integration of Professional Education,Entrepreneurship Education and Innovative Talents Cultivation——Taking Financial Major in Higher Vocational Education as an Example

在教育部颁布新版高职教育专业目录、拟修订专业教学标准、国务院出台深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见大背景下,以高职院校金融类专业为例,分析双创教育的认识误区,阐述创业教育、专业教育与创新性人才培养的关系,剖析创业教育与专业教育融合的障碍,提出融合的策略,对实施创新引领创业、创业带动就业的新一轮高等教育改革有着重要的现实意义。

Under the grand background of a new edition of the professional catalogue of higher vocational education being promulgated by the Ministry of Education,the revision of professional teaching standards,and the implementation suggestions for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions being published by the State Council,this paper,taking the financial major in higher vocational colleges as an example,analyzes the misunderstanding of innovation and entrepreneurship education,elaborates the relationship between entrepreneurship education,professional education and innovative talent cultivation,and explains the obstacles of integration of entrepreneurship education and professional education.The author puts forward strategies for integration which are of important practical significance for the new education reform in which innovation leads entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship drives employment.
