学前教育专业中澳合作办学教学模式的探索与实践

摘要 中外合作办学是高等院校适应经济全球化、引进国外优质教育资源、多渠道培养复合型人才的重要形式。华中师范大学作为教育部直属高等师范院校,积极推进中外合作办学。以华中师范大学教育学院与澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学合作举办的学前教育专业为例,从教学管理、课程安排以及师资队伍建设三个方面对华中师范大学学前教育中澳合作项目进行分析,并提出相应的改进建议,以提高学校国际化办学水平。 Sino-foreign cooperative education is an important form for higher education institutions to adapt to economic globalization,introduce foreign high-quality educational resources,and cultivate compound talents by multi-channel.As a higher normal college directly under the Ministry of Education,Central China Normal University,actively promotes Sino-foreign cooperative education.Taking the Preschool Education program provided from cooperative education between the School of Education in Central China Normal University and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the Sino-Australian cooperation project of preschool education in Central China Normal University from three aspects:teaching management,curriculum arrangement and teachers construction.It also proposes corresponding suggestions for improvement to improve the internationalization level of school-running.
