摘要
酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(又称FGF-1)作为较早发现的成纤维细胞生长因子家族的重要成员,其刺激血管生长、加速创伤愈合和促进神经损伤修复等作用已被广泛认可,近年来它在内分泌系统中潜在的生物学功能的研究也成为热点。本文就FGF-1的结构功能、受体信号转导通路及对糖尿病的治疗作一综述。
Fibroblast growth factor(FGF-1),as found earlier as an important member of fibroblast growth factor family,has been widely recognized as can stimulate the growth of blood vessels,accelerate wound healing and promote nerve injury.In recent years,the potential biological function of FGF-1 in endocrine system has become a research focus.This article reviews the structure,function,receptor signaling pathway of FGF-1 and its role in the treatment of diabetes and related diseases.
