基于SWOT视角下广州地区高职院校运动队建设的研究

Research on the Construction of Sports Teams in Guangzhou Vocational Colleges Based on SWOT Perspective

改革开放后,随着经济体制由计划经济向市场经济方向的转变,我国体育后备人才的培养体制也随之发生变化。原本在计划经济时期由国家统一统筹调度,也转变为各大中小学校自行培养人才,由国家通过全国性赛事选拔。相比于其他高等院校,高职类院校在校运动队建设的过程中确实存在着诸如制度不完善、建设力度差、经费短缺、运动员整体素质低、缺乏专业教练员、项目建设不均衡等问题。本文采用SWOT分析法对广州地区高职院校运动队伍的建设进行研究并提出相应策略。

After the reform and opening up,with the change of the economic system from planned economy to market economy,the training system for China's sports reserve talents has also changed.The plan and coordination have been transformed from state to schools,while the state makes selection through national tests.Compared with other institutions of higher education,in the process of constructing sports teams in higher vocational colleges,there are many problems existed such as imperfect systems,poor construction,shortage of funds,low overall quality of athletes,lack of professional coaches,and uneven project construction.This paper adopts the SWOT analysis method to study the construction of the sports teams in the higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou and puts forward corresponding strategies.
