网络教学平台构建下探究形象设计在高校健美操课程中的应用

The Application of Image Design in College Aerobics Courses under the Construction of Online Teaching Platform

健美操课程的教学目标不仅仅是提高学生的体质健康水平,还需要提升学生的审美能力和形象气质,从而提高学生积极乐观、大方自信的心理健康水平。形象设计可从外在提升个人的形象水平,教会学生社交礼仪等,以适应社会需求。本文通过分析健美操和形象设计的功能和特点,探究形象设计和健美操课程如何交叉、渗透和融合。实践证明,把形象设计的教学内容制作成视频、文字和图片等,并放在网络教学平台上,学生课后以个人或教学团队的形式随时随地学习、交流,课内教师针对课外学习情况指导和评价,提高学生的学习能力和学习水平,最后通过课内考核最终实现课内外一体化的量化成果,即"课内教学+网络平台教学+课外自主锻炼"1+2的教学模式。这样,形象设计充分调动健美操的美育功能,从内在和外在对学生的身体形态、仪容仪表、言谈举止等进行教育,提高大学生对"美"的理解和认识,培养学生自主学习能力和团结合作精神,促进学生间和师生间的交流与互动,进而提高大学生的就业竞争力。

The aim of aerobics teaching not only requires to improve students'physical health level,but also their aesthetic ability and image temperament,so as to improve students'positive and optimistic,be confident of mental health level.Image design can enhance the image level of the individual from the outside,and teach the students social etiquette to meet the social needs.By analyzing the functions and characteristics of calisthenics and image design,this paper explores how to cross,penetrate and merge the image design and aerobics curriculum.Practice has proved that integrating image design of the teaching content into video,text and images,etc.,and uploading them on the online teaching platform,so the students could learn and communicate anytime and anywhere individually or in group.The aim is for classroom teachers to make better guidance and evaluation for extracurricular learning,to improve the level of students'learning ability and level,and finally realize the internal and external integration of quantitative result through the in-class assessment,namely the 1+2 mode of"classroom teaching and online teaching platform+extracurricular autonomous exercise"of teaching.Therefore,image design can demonstrate the aesthetic education function of aerobics;educate them on their body shape,appearance and manners from both internal and external aspects to improve college students'understanding of"beauty",cultivate their autonomous learning ability and the spirit of unity and cooperation,promote the exchanges and interaction between students and between teachers and students,and enhance the competitiveness of the employment of college students.
