高质量、高水平的冰雪运动后备人才是冰雪运动强国建设的根基和地基。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析方法,分析冬奥会背景下冰雪运动的发展,进一步探讨我国冬奥会的成功申办对冰雪运动竞技后备人才的影响。

High-quality and high-level reserve athletes are the foundation for the building of a powerful country in winter sports.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the development of winter sports for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games,and further explores the influence of the successful bid of the Winter Olympics on the reserve athletes for winter sports competitions.
