摘要
纵观国内大量研究所述,各种体能训练研究的目标人群多为专业运动队的运动员,针对中小学体育课程的体能训练少之又少,这是一大缺失。本研究对高中游泳专项课的体能进行设计,通过德尔菲法、实验研究法等研究方法,以验证该体能设计的合理性和有效性。研究结果表明:所设计的体能练习对高中学生的1min仰卧起坐成绩、50m跑、坐位体前屈、800/1000米成绩起到促进的作用,而对立定跳远成绩并无产生积极影响,故在未来的高中游泳专项课程中可予以推广,为高中学生发展游泳运动中人体的小肌肉群,巩固正确的技术动作,促进学生游泳专项成绩与身心健康全面发展提高可供参考的建议。
After reviewing a large number of domestic studies,the study finds that the target groups of various physical fitness training researches are focused on professional athletes rather than primary and secondary middle school.Facing this deficiency,this paper makes fitness training design for high school swimming class,and tests its rationality and validity through Delphi and experimental research methods.The results show that the designed physical training can promote the performance of 1-minute sit-up,50 m run,sit-up forward and 800/1000 meters,but has no positive effect on the performance of standing long jump.Therefore,it can be popularized in the future high school swimming course.The aim is to provide references for strengthening small muscle groups,consolidating the correct skill movements,and promoting students’swimming performance and their all-round development both physically and mentally.
