摘要
本研究从介绍功能性运动测试的概念、功能性运动测试对中学生的益处、中学体育课程的特点是否适合引入功能性运动测试以及功能性测试对中学生体育活动的促进作用出发,基于人体生理学、肢体结构学等方面的理论,运用文献资料法、测试法、数理统计法等方法,选取济南实验中学七到九年级学生进行BMI检测以及FMS测试,对这些中学生的分数、动作表现以及展现问题进行分析,并提出对应的解决方案。在体育教学中增强学生运动能力,达到提高体育中考成绩的目的,以及对提高中学生的身体素质、运动效率以及运动水准具有明显效用。
Starting from the possibility of introducing FMS into in middle school based on the concept,benefits of FMS and its promotion on middle school sport activities,based on theories of human physiology and body construction,this paper carries out BMI test and FMS test for students selected from Grade 7 to 9 in Jinan Experimental Middle School through literature,test and mathematical statistics methods.It also analyzes the scores,movement performance and problems of students and provides related solutions.The tests are of great effectiveness in enhancing sport performance,achieving high school entrance exam test performance,and improving the physical fitness,exercise efficiency and performance level.
