摘要
羽毛球是一项激烈的隔网运动,需要各种快速突然的动作来完成[1]。蹬跨步是羽毛球最常进行的脚步练习之一,占单场比赛总数的15%。运动中快速及重复的蹬跨步在脚跟与地面接触时会有较大的冲击,突然反复的蹬跨步会对球员的下肢产生较大的负荷[2],尤其对膝关节损伤较大。本文就羽毛球运动的特点、膝关节损伤机理以及伤害的预防及治疗进行综述。
Badminton is a competitive sport with net,requiring a variety of quick and sudden movements to complete[1].Pedaling step is one of the most common steps in badminton covering 15%of the total footwork in a single-game.Rapid and repetitive pedaling movement produces great impact on heels when contacting the ground,which have a greater load on the lower body[2].This article summarizes the characteristics of badminton,knee injury mechanism,as well as the prevention and treatment of injuries.
