摘要
2016年国务院发布了《全民健身计划2016-2020年》,全民健身是实现全民健康的重要途径和手段。随着健身热潮的兴起,人们在不了解自身体态的情况下盲目的进行锻炼、训练,从而导致运动损伤等疾病。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、调查法等研究方法,通过对不良体态产生的影响进行研究分析,得出纠正的方法,使健身人群对于不良体态足够重视。
In 2016,the State Council issued the national fitness program 2016-2020.The national fitness is an important way to realize national fitness.Under the bodybuilding hot,aimless exercise and training of common people that ignore personal postures often lead to injuries.By using literature,logical analysis,investigation and other research methods,through the research and analysis of the influence of bad posture,this paper draws the approaches of correction,and calls attention of bodybuilding participants on bad posture.
