摘要
自2013年中国提出"一带一路"倡议以来,便鼓励中国企业走出去,参与一带一路沿线国家的投资与建设,中国机构(企业)面临前所未有的发展机遇,同时挑战与风险与之并存。走出去的机构(企业)面临投资所在国的政治、文化、法律法规等方面。(风险把控能力较低,发展不成熟等问题。)本文以HPA在缅甸的发展为个案,分享其成功的经验,以供共国内机构(或企业)参考。
Since China put forward the “the Belt and Road Initiatives” in 2013,it has encouraged Chinese enterprises to going-out strategy and participate in the investment and construction of countries along the “the Belt and Road Initiatives”.Chinese institutions (enterprises) are faced with unprecedented development opportunities,while challenges and risks coexist with them.The enterprises that go out are faced with the problems of low risk control and immature development in the political,cultural and legal regulations of the country where the investment is made.This article takes the development of Health Poverty Action in Myanmar as a case to share its experience in success in Myanmar for reference by domestic institutions (or companies).
