A Study of Employment Problems of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Rail Transportation Industry Development

通过对我国轨道交通行业发展背景下的高职院校就业工作的研究分析,找出了当前高职院校就业存在的问题,提出了改进的方法,对当前高职院校推进就业工作有重要的指导意义。

Through the research and analysis of employment in higher vocational colleges under the background of the development of rail transit industry in China,this paper finds out the existing problems in employment,and puts forward some improved methods,which have important guiding significance for promoting employment in higher vocational colleges.
