舒肝解郁胶囊与草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗高血压合并焦虑、抑郁的对照研究

A comparison between Shugan Jieyu Capsule and escitalopram oxalate in treatment of hypertension complicated by anxiety-depression

目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊与草酸艾司西酞普兰分别联合降压药物对高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者的疗效及安全性。方法筛选解放军251医院心内科门诊于2017年7月～2018年7月间连续就诊的高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者100例。随机分为观察组及对照组,各50例。两组均常规给予降压治疗。观察组给予舒肝解郁胶囊,对照组给予草酸艾司西酞普兰。结果两组患者在治疗6周后收缩压、舒张压均显著下降,两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);焦虑、抑郁评分显著下降,两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率10%,对照组不良反应发生率30%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊、草酸艾司西酞普兰对高血压合并焦虑、抑郁患者的疗效均明显,前者远期不良反应发生率较后者低。

Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of Shugan Jieyu Capsule and escitalopram oxalate combined respectively with anti-hypertension drugs in patients with hypertension complicated by anxiety-depression.Methods The patients(n=100)were chosen from Department of Cardiology in Chinese PLA 251 Hospital from July 2017 to July 2018,and randomly divided into observation group and control group(each n=50).Besides of routine treatment,the observation group was given Shugan Jieyu Capsule and control group was given escitalopram oxalate.Results After treatment for 6 weeks,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in 2 groups without statistical difference(P>0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression decreased significantly in 2 groups without statistical difference(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10%in observation group and 30%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsule and escitalopram oxalate have significant curative effect in patients with hypertension complicated by anxiety-depression,the incidence of adverse reactions of Shugan Jieyu Capsule is lower than that of escitalopram oxalate.
