Research on the Design of Residents' Electronic Health Records System Based on Internet of Things and Cloud Computing

居民电子健康档案系统是通过记录人们在健康活动中形成的信息资源,支持用户进行健康管理和评估的电子化应用.文章介绍了居民电子健康档案系统在国内外的发展现状与前景;从数据处理过程的维度分析了数据采集与获取、数据处理与存储、数据分析与应用三个功能模块;论述了包含硬件设施层、数据处理层、业务处理层、应用服务层和用户接口层五个层次的逻辑架构;总结了系统建设用到的物联网、云计算、数据挖掘、网络传输、信息安全等互联网技术.

The residents’electronic health record system is an electronic application that supports users in health management and evaluation by recording the information resources formed by people in health activities.In this paper,the current situation and prospect of the development of electronic health record in China and abroad are firstly introduced.Secondly,three functional modules of data acquisition,data processing and storage,data analysis and application are analyzed from the point of data processing process.Thirdly,the logical framework of five levels including hardware facilities layer,data processing layer,business processing layer,application service layer and user interface layer are discussed.At last,the Internet technologies used in system construction such as Internet of Things,cloud computing,data mining,network transmission,and information security are summed up.
