基于集员估计椭圆残差分析的主动故障检测

摘要 运用集员估计思想,提出基于残差椭圆体的主动故障检测,并提出了新的辅助输入信号和微小故障检测逻辑.首先,利用折衷函数来设计次优辅助输入信号,实现所需更高的微小故障检测率同时保证对正常系统的影响更小.其次,提出一种新颖的主动故障检测逻辑.此逻辑基于实时跟踪残差探测过程的异常状态.最后,用一个数值例子来证明所提出方法的有效性. By using the idea of collector estimation,an active fault detection based on residual ellipsoid,a new auxiliary input signal and a tiny fault detection logic are proposed.Firstly,suboptimal auxiliary input signals based on residual ellipses are designed by using a compromise function in order to obtain a better trade-off between achieving a higher minimum fault detection rate and a smaller impact on the system.Secondly,a novel active fault detection logic is obtained,which is based on tracking the abnormal state of the residual detection process in real time.Finally,a numerical example is used to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
