摘要
以寻求一种模式让工业产品设计的预验证工作变得简单有效为目的。通过对产品设计程序与方法的深入调研,运用计算机辅助设计软件创建高度吻合的产品三维数字模型,提出了基于3D打印技术对工业产品设计进行预验证的创新研究方法。结论通过对不同类型的3D打印技术和具体过程的分析研究,得出3D打印的优点是材料种类丰富、定型成本低廉、预验证流程简单,适合于产品的外观建模和功能测试。运用3D打印技术对工业产品进行反复调整和测试,可最大程度提高产品设计成功的可能性,加速产品上市的进程。
The aim is to study a model that makes pre validation of industrial product design simple and effective.Through in-depth research on the process and method of product design,and using computer aided design software to create highly consistent product 3D digital model,and puts forward the innovation method of 3D printing technology pre verification of industrial product design based on.Through the analysis and Research on 3D printing technology of different types and specific process,the advantages of 3D printing include the diversity of materials,low cost of modeling and simplicity of verification,which are useful for product modeling and the test of functions.Using 3D printing technology to adjust and test industrial products repeatedly can maximize the possibility of product design and speed up the process of product listing.
