摘要
探讨六位学前教育科系大学生在大学教授和业界产学合作计划下,担任教学助理脚色,如何增进在音乐教学上之学前教育教保实务能力。这些南台科技大学幼儿保育系学生参加幼儿音乐教学产学合作计划,从做中学,研究显示他们在对"幼儿发展"和"幼儿音乐教学专业"之理论和实务结合上,皆获成长。然而,在这些大学生未来对音乐教学行业就业意愿,结果显示参加学生都有意愿,其参加计划前和参加计划后之比较,其意愿并无改变及差别。
The study aimed to explore how six child edu-care university students,as teaching assistants in an industry-academia cooperation project,increased their child care and music teaching abilities for young children.The results showed that these college students,through learning by doing,increased their knowledge and practical abilities toward child development and child music education in the project.However,the result indicated,all of the students wanted to do music teaching jobs.There was no significant difference in their intention toward doing music teaching jobs before and after the project.
