中小学语文教师科研能力与专业发展调研分析——以喀什市为例

摘要 笔者向喀什市105位语文教师发放调查问卷,调研中小学语文教师科研能力与专业发展现状。调查结果发现:当前喀什市中小学语文教师对教育科研的目的和意义还没有清晰的认识,显示出一定的功利性和被动性;对自身专业发展方向和内容认识不足;科研能力方法和水平有待提高。要改变现状,应从以下三方面抓起:提升喀什市中小学语文教师的科研意识、专业能力和科研水平。 To understand the city primary and middle school Chinese teachers’scientific research ability and present professional development situation,the author hands out 105 questionnaires to language teachers when they took a lecture at the Kashgar university.The survey finds out teachers investigated have not recognized the significance of teaching and research:they are inactive to take part in the research work;their research orientation is not clear;they are not strong to do the research.The paper puts forward strategies to improve their abilities.
