摘要
采用观察记录法及访谈法,论述了小班幼儿分享行为的现状以及影响幼儿分享行为的因素,提出营造分享氛围、创造分享机会、渗透分享策略、深化分享体验等途径,以更好地培养幼儿的分享意识、分享行为。
The methods of observation and interview are adopted.The paper discusses the current states of kindergarten children’s sharing behavior and the influencing factors,and puts forward the ideas which cultivate children’sharing awareness by creating sharing atmosphere and chances,infiltrating sharing strategies and deepening sharing experiences.
