我国群体性事件中谣言的发生机理与控制

目前我国正处于社会转型期,社会矛盾多发,群体性事件的发生率呈大幅上升趋势。在群体性事件中,谣言因子异常活跃,它提高了群体性事件的发展速度,扩大了群体性事件的影响范围。随着我国网络信息技术日益发展和网络的逐渐普及使用,谣言的传播速度进一步加快,在群体性事件中对社会的影响程度更为突出。群体性事件中谣言的发生包括酝酿期、传播期、爆发期和消退期四个环节。群体性事件中的谣言需要多措并举加以控制,这对防治群体性事件和维护社会稳定具有重要意义。

At present,our country is in a turn period of social transformation when there are more and more social contradictions and the incidence of mass events shows a significant upward trend.In mass events,rumor,as an particularly active factor,has sped the development of mass events and on the other hand,expanded its influence scope.Especially with the development of network information technology and the popularization of the network,rumors spread more quickly and its impact on society is more prominent in mass events.The occurrence of rumors in mass events includes four stages:gestation period,propagation period,outbreak period,and elimination period.The rumors in mass events need to be controlled in various ways,which is of great significance in preventing and controlling mass events and maintaining social stability.
