在社会经济快速发展的过程中,非法侵犯公民个人信息犯罪形势较为严峻。目前非法侵犯公民信息犯罪有着独特特点,在案件侦查中也出现了相关的侦查难点。传统的破案理念和方式已经不能适应侵犯公民个人信息案件侦查的需要,需要对此类案件提出新的侦查理念和侦查对象的研究,争取提升公安机关对非法侵犯公民个人信息案件的破案率。

In the process of rapid social and economic development,the crime of illegally infringing citizens'personal information is more serious.At present,the illegal infringement of citizen information crimes has unique characteristics,and related investigation difficulties have also appeared in case investigation.The traditional concept and method of solving crimes can no longer meet the needs of investigating cases of infringement of citizens'personal information.It is necessary to propose new investigation concepts and investigation pairs for such cases,and strive to improve the detection rate of public security organs for cases of illegal infringement of citizens'personal information.
