碳排放和回收奖惩政策约束下的闭环供应链决策 被引量:5

Decision-making of the closed-loop supply chain under carbon emission and recycling reward-penalty policy constraints

摘要 研究了在碳排放和废旧产品回收奖惩双政策约束下的闭环供应链,并在产品销售和批发价格、废旧产品回收率、制造商和销售商利润、产品总碳排放量和单位排放量等方面,与碳排放单政策约束下的进行了比较分析.结果表明:政府设定的回收率门槛越低,产品减排系数越大,或者碳税价格越高,产品零售和批发价越低,零售商回收也会越努力;在政府设定的回收奖惩系数较大,或回收要求较低时,双约束有利于提升制造商利润;双约束会提升零售商利润;对减排系数相对大的产品,双约束能更有效降低总碳排放量和单位排放量. Under two policy constraints of carbon emission reduction and waste-product recycling,the closed loop supply chain composed of manufacturer and retailer is analyzed.The decision-makings in the product sales and wholesale price,retailers return rate,profits of supply chain members,product total and unit carbon emissions are compared with the supply chain's under single constraint of carbon emission.The results indicate that,first of all,when government set lower return rate threshold,or greater product reduction coefficient,or higher carbon tax prices,retail and wholesale price of products are lower,and the recycling retailer makes more efforts,In addition,when the recycling reward and penalty is larger,or return rate threshold is lower,double constraint is more beneficial to increase of the manufacturer's profit.Besides,double constraint can improve the retailer's profit.Finally,for products with high emission reduction coefficient,the double constraint can reduce the product total and unit carbon emissions more effectively.
