静态呼吸图法制备聚苯乙烯-b-聚(4-乙烯基)吡啶蜂窝状多孔薄膜 被引量:2

摘要 采用静态呼吸图法,以导电玻璃为衬底,以三氯甲烷(CHCl_3)为溶剂,制备聚苯乙烯-b-聚(4-乙烯基)吡啶(PS-b-P4VP)蜂窝状多孔结构薄膜.研究了嵌段共聚物溶液的浓度、嵌段比,以及不同溶剂对多孔薄膜形貌的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对薄膜的微观结构进行了表征.结果表明:对于PS(122k)-b-P4VP(22k),以CHCl_3为溶剂时,获得规整多孔结构薄膜的最佳浓度为30 mg/m L,3种嵌段共聚物中嵌段比为5∶1时,获得的多孔结构薄膜的有序性最佳.而以二硫化碳(CS2)为溶剂时,在较低浓度(10 mg/m L)会获得孔径更大的多孔结构薄膜.对多孔薄膜的热稳定性进行研究后发现,随着温度升高,薄膜孔径有所增大,当被加热至120℃并保持1 h后,多孔结构仍能保留;而当温度上升至160℃后,多孔结构消失. Polystyrene-block-poly(4-vinylpyridine)(PS-b-P4VP) honeycomb porous structure films were prepared by static breath figure technique using ITO as substrate and trichloromethane (CHCl 3) as solvent.The effects of the concentration of block copolymer solution,the ratio of block and different solvents were investigated,and the morphology of porous films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results showed that the optimum concentration of PS(122k)-b-P4VP(22k) solution for preparing well-organized porous films was 30 mg/mL when CHCl 3 was used as the solvent.When the block ratio of the block copolymers was 5:1,the ordered structure of the porous structure was the best.The porous film with larger pore size could be obtained at lower concentration (10 mg/mL) when carbon disulfide (CS2) was used as solvent.At the same time,the thermal stability of the porous film was studied.As the temperature increased,the pore size increased.When the film was heated to 120 ℃ and held for 1 hour,the porous structure was retained.And when the temperature was raised to 160 ℃,the porous structure pattern disappeared.
