协同护理联合持续健康宣教对卵巢癌患者术后自我管理及生活质量的影响

Influence of collaborative nursing mode combined with continuous health education on self-management ability and living quality in patients with ovarian cancer

目的观察协同护理联合持续健康宣教对卵巢癌患者术后自我管理及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2017年12月河北北方学院附属第一医院收治的50例卵巢癌术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。观察组给予协同护理、持续健康宣教,对照组则进行常规的护理和宣教,评估两组患者护理宣教前后的自我管理能力(健康知识、自我护理责任感、自我护理技能、自我概念)、生活质量及对护理水平、方式的满意度。结果护理宣教前两组患者的自我管理能力评分及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理宣教后观察组患者的健康知识、自我护理责任感、自我护理技能、自我概念评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理宣教后观察组患者的生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组对护理水平、方式的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论协同护理联合持续健康宣教可明显改善卵巢癌患者术后的自我管理状态及生活质量,建议推广。

Objective To observe the effect of cooperative nursing combined with continuous health education on postoperative self-management and quality of life of ovarian cancer patients.Methods Selected from January 2016 to December 2017,the First Hospital Affiliated to Hebei North University of 50 cases of postoperative patients with ovarian cancer as the research object,according to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was given collaborative nursing,health education continuously,the control group,routine nursing and education.Evaluation of patients of two groups before and after the nursing education on the self management ability,chealth knowledge,ability of self care the sense of responsibility and self care,self concept),quality of life and satisfaction of nursing level,way was carried out.Results There was no significant difference in self-management ability score and quality of life score between the two groups before nursing education(P﹥0.05).The scores of health knowledge,self-care responsibility,self-care skills and self-concept of patients in the observation group after nursing education were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group after nursing education were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with the nursing level and methods was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Cooperative nursing combined with continuous health education can significantly improve postoperative self-management status and quality of life of ovarian cancer patients,it is recommended to promote.
