目的探讨Orem自理理论在脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析四川省内江市第二人民医院康复科2016年2月～2018年2月收治的110例脑梗死患者临床资料,根据康复护理方法不同进行分组,对照组50例和观察组60例。观察两组患者护理后康复训练态度情况,护理前后Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分情况,两组患者临床效果情况,患者并发症、3个月复发率情况。结果观察组患者护理后康复训练态度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者护理前Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者护理后Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分均高于护理前,且观察组Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,观察组患者并发症发生率、3个月复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 Orem自理理论在脑梗死患者中应用可以改善患者康复训练态度,提高Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分和临床效果,降低其并发症及3个月复发率。

Objective To investigate the application of Orem self-care theory in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical data of 110 cases of cerebral infarction patients admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of the Second People′s Hospital of Neijiang City in Sichuan Province from February 2016 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different rehabilitation nursing methods,they were divided into 50 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the observation group.Patients in the two groups were observed for their attitude towards rehabilitation training after nursing,Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score before and after nursing,clinical effects,complications and 3-month recurrence rate of patients in the two groups.Reuslts The attitude of rehabilitation training after nursing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups before treatment had no statistically significant difference(P﹥0.05),After nursing,Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score higher than before treatment,and the Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer scores of observation group were higher than the control group,the difference were statisticant(P﹤0.05),the clinical total effective rate of observation group was higher than the control group,the incidence of complications and 3 months recurrence rates of observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The application of Orem self-care theory in patients with cerebral infarction can improve patients′attitude towards rehabilitation training,improve Barthel index,Fugl-Meyer score and clinical effect,and reduce their complications and 3-month recurrence rate.
