Economic Ties Between China and the Korean Peninsula:The Current Situation and Prospects

近年来,中国与韩朝经济关系在冷热交替中曲折发展。2016～2017年间,中国与韩国、朝鲜的经贸合作同时降温,朝鲜半岛经济出现短期的远离中国态势。随着"萨德"危机缓解,朝鲜致力于半岛"无核化",半岛局势发生大幅转变。中国与韩国、朝鲜经贸合作得到恢复并迎来新的发展机遇。但中国与朝鲜半岛经贸合作始终无法摆脱半岛局势的影响。中韩、中朝进一步深化合作也面临一系列新问题。对中国而言,面向朝鲜半岛的经济合作政策必须服从国家整体战略需求,不因一时、一事而动全局,可通过多边、双边渠道持续扩大对朝鲜半岛的影响力。

In recent years,China's economic relations with DPRK and ROK have been developed tortuously.From 2016 to 2017,China's eco nomic cooperation with ROK and DPRK had cooled at the same time,and there had been a short-teem tfend for economies of Korean Penin-sula to stay away from China's economy.With the easing tension relating to the THAAD issue and DPRK's denucleifizfitioii,great changes have tdkeri place in the Koietiri peninsula,with a uecowefy of economic cooperation and growing business opportunities between China and ROK as well as between China and DPRK.However,the economic cooperation between China and Koman Peninsula still under the impact of the political situation of Korean Peninsula,and the further deepening of eco-nomic cooperation between them s also faced a series of new problems.China's economic cooperation policy towards the Koman Peninsula should be compatible with the overall demand of China's national strategy,requiring fof more effo ft in pan Ping the influen ce on t Pe Koreen Peninsula through multilateral and bilateral channels.
