基于VIKOR方法的江西高校大学生就业质量测度

Evaluation of Employment Quality of College Students in Jiangxi Province Based on VIKOR Method

针对江西高校大学生就业质量问题,从政府、社会、毕业生3个层面构建了4个一级指标、15个二级指标的就业质量指标评价体系;利用熵值法确定各指标的权重,运用一种基于妥协解排序(VIKOR)法的测度方法,对2017年江西省39所本科高等学校的大学生就业质量进行测评。结果表明:文章给出测评模型能够比较全面、真实的反应出高校就业质量情况。

Aiming at problems of the employment quality of college students in Jiangxi Province,an evaluation system of employment quality index with four primary indexes and fifteen secondary indexes is constructed at three levels of government,society and graduates.The weight of each index is determined by using the entropy method,and the evaluation of the employment quality of college students in 39 colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province in 2017 is conducted by VIKOR method.The results show that the evaluation model given in this paper is effective.
