领导干部政治定力的心理生成与实践转化

On the Psychological Formation and Practical Transformation of Leading Officers' Political Orientation

党的十八大以来,中央对领导干部提出了增强政治定力的政治要求,以防止领导干部的政治人格在利益和矛盾面前的异化现象。从政治心理过程而言,政治定力需要经过情感认同、信仰导向、制度自律三个心理阶段,才能生成和内化为领导干部的政治人格。政治定力作为领导干部的心理动机,影响着政治行为和政策范式,因而必然要在领导干部的政治实践中将其转化为战略定力。新时期领导干部要按照党的要求,通过学习理论筑牢政治定力,通过群众路线检验政治定力,通过建设实践锤炼政治定力,自觉担当起实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命。

Since the 18 th congress of CPC,the central government has put forward the political requirements for leading officers to strengthen the political force,so as to prevent the alienation of the leading officer'political personality at the face of interests and contradictions.From the political psychological process,political concentration needs three stages of emotion identification,belief orientation and self-discipline to become the political personality of leading officers.As the psychological motivation of leading officers,political orientation affects their political behavior and policy paradigms,and thus inevitably turns into strategic orientation in the political practice of leading officers.Leading officers must be in accordance with the requirements of the Party,build a strong political force through the study of theory,inspect political orientation through the mass line,and practice political force in the reality,to assume the historical mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
