摘要
本文针对某车型偏置碰中主驾小腿生存空间不足的问题,对前围侵入量的3个关键影响因素进行优化,提出了提高机舱的吸能能力,提高前围的抗变形能力和乘员舱强度的优化思路,通过对B柱加速度曲线、前围侵入量、门框压缩量3个指标进行评估,得出了最佳的优化方案。同时针对乘客安全气囊保护效果较差的问题,对其支撑性、保护范围以及与乘客接触时刻进行优化,搭配减小安全带限力值,来改善乘客胸部压缩量。通过仿真和实车验证,优化效果显著,为后续项目的整车正面碰撞性能提升提供了一种有效的优化思路。
In this paper,for the problem of insufficient driver’s tibia living space of the 64ODB in a certain type of vehicle,the three key influencing factors of the front wall’s intrusion are optimized,and the optimization of the energy absorption capacity of the cabin,the anti-deformation ability and passenger compartment strength is improved.The optimization effect is evaluated by the three indexes of the acceleration curve of the B-pillar,the intrusion of the front wall and the compression of the door frame,and the best optimization scheme is obtained.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of poor passenger airbag protection,the support,protection range and contact time with passengers are optimized,and the seat belt limit force value is reduced to improve the chest compression of the passenger.Through simulation and crash test verification,the optimization effect is remarkable,which provides an effective optimization idea for the improvement of the frontal collision performance of the whole project.
