摘要
汽车空调是保证整车舒适性的重要标志。本文针对某商用车平台化开发空调项目,采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)的方法,建立了汽车空调分析模型。使用大型CFD软件STAR CCM+对汽车空调内部流场和温度场进行模拟和分析,在不改变整体模型的基础上,通过对风门结构和壳体的局部优化,使出风口的速度均匀性明显改善,降低出风口左右温差,提高了整车舒适性。
Automobile air-conditioning is an important device to ensure vehicle cximfortability.By using the vehicle air condition duct system was established base on CFD method.The inner air-flow and temperature field of HVAC was simulated and analyzed by CFD software STAR CCM+.The performance of the air condition duct system was improved through optimization the outlet of HVAC housing and flap to increase the air distribution.All these improvements can obtain a reasonable air distribution of air duct and improve the vehicle interior comfortability.
