“优化与创新法”在住院医师规范化培训心肺复苏教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨"优化与创新法"在住院医师规范化培训心肺复苏教学中的作用。方法以本院住院医师规范化基地2016年7月至2017年6月规范化培训(以下简称"规培")医师125人为研究组,采用"优化与创新法"进行心肺复苏(cardiopulmonaryresuscitation, CPR)操作教学培训,采用"分层次"方法考核。以2015年7月至2016年6月"规培"医师109人为对照组,采用传统方法教学和考核。每年6月30日与12月30日统计考核成绩中不同级别的人数,计算并分析两组优良率与分数。结果研究组中途退出9人,对照组中途退出6人。上半年考核中,研究组总优良率为87.1%(101/116),高于对照组39.8%(41/103),差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);下半年考核中,研究组总优良率为86.2%(100/116),高于对照组57.3%(59/103),差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。研究组上、下半年评价成绩分别为(87.96±3.32)分和(90.85±4.96)分,显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);研究组全年总评分数为(89.41±4.45)分,显著高于对照组(84.19±8.68)分,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 "优化和创新法"能够显著提高临床基本技能CPR操作的教学效果。 Objective To explore the role of the“optimization and innovation”method in the resident standardized training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods 125 doctors in the Standardized Resident Base of Affiliated Hospital of Putian College between July 2016 and June 2017 were selected as experiment group“.Optimization and innovation”method was used in the CPR training and the hierarchical method was adopted to evaluate the effect.109 doctors who received traditional method of teaching and evaluation were selected as research group.The number of the participants who got different grades was counted twice a year,and the excellent and good rate were calculated and analyzed.Results Nine participants in the experiment group and 6 in the control group quit the study.In the first half of the year,the excellent and good rate in the experiment group was 87.1%(101/116),which was higher than 39.8%(41/103)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Moreover,in the second half of the year,the excellent and good rate in the experiment group was 86.2%(100/116),which was higher than 57.3%(59/103)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The average score of the experiment group in the first half and second half of the year was(87.96±3.32)points and(90.85±4.96)points,which were significantly higher than those in the control group.The year-end evaluation score was(89.41±4.45)points in the experiment group,which was significantly higher than(84.19±8.68)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion The“optimization and innovation”method can significantly improve the effect of CPR training.
