摘要
基于缝隙天线和阵列天线的设计思路,设计并制作了一种加载正方形阵列的超宽带闭环天线。该超宽带天线以正六边环形结构为中心,周围刻蚀2×2正方形阵列。仿真分析结果表明:通过加载寄生耦合正方形阵列的环形结构在8.5~16 GHz整个频段形成多个谐振峰,最大增益可达到7.48 dBi;相对带宽可达到32.8%(10.63~14.84 GHz),加载耦合阵列后带宽相对提高了约310%,实现了天线宽频带、高效率的特性;天线在前向增益上提高了2.5 dBi,能对辐射方向上后向散射纹波产生较强的抑制,在天线辐射场上实现良好的辐射特性。研究结果表明测试结果和仿真结果基本保持一致。
An ultra wide band(UWB)closed-loop antenna loaded with square array was designed and fabricated on the basis of the design thought of slot antenna and array antenna.The regular hexagonal ring structure is taken as the center of UWB antenna,and a 2×2 square array is etched around the structure.The simulation analysis results show that,by means of the ring structure loaded with the parasitic coupling square array,multiple resonance peaks can be formed in the entire frequency band from 8.5 GHz to 16 GHz,the maximum gain can reach up to 7.48 dBi,the relative bandwidth can reach up to 32.8%(10.63~14.84 GHz),and the bandwidth is relatively increased by about 310%,so that the broadband and high-efficiency performances of the antenna are realized,and the forward gain of the antenna is increased by 2.5 dBi.In addition,the antenna can strongly suppress the back scattering ripple in the radiation direction,and realize perfect radiation characteristics in the antenna radiation field.The research results show that the test results and simulation results are basically the same.
