摘要 为了提高产品造型设计的可视化效果,提出基于虚拟现实(VR)仿真技术的产品造型设计方法。采用边界体模型设计技术进行产品的三维造型重构,结合纹理渲染和场景数据库模型构建方法进行产品三维造型的特征绘制和虚拟视景设计。建立虚拟场景数据库,将场景数据库中的产品造型数据信息通过渲染指令实现程序输出控制,提高产品造型设计的模型控制能力。采用视景仿真渲染工具Vega Prime进行产品造型设计中的功能模块创建和可视化视景仿真,基于VR技术构建产品的三维造型设计模型。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行产品造型的VR设计的可视化视景效果较好,满足特殊的产品造型设计要求。 A product style design method based on virtual reality(VR)simulation technology is proposed to improve the visual effect of product style design.The boundary volume model design technique is used to reconstruct the 3D modeling of the product.The texture rendering and scene database model construction method are combined to carry out the feature rendering and virtual scene design of the 3D product style,and establish the virtual scene database.The program output control is realized by means of rendering instruction for the product style information data in scene database to improve the model control ability of product style design.The visual simulation rendering tool Vega Prime is used to create the functional modules and simulate the visual scene in product style design.The 3D style design model of the product is constructed on the basis of VR technology.The simulation results show that the visual effect of VR design based on this method is perfect,and meets the requirements of special product style design.
