摘要
目的探讨精神分裂症中医证候要素分布特征,为中医辨证论治精神分裂症提供依据。方法采用流行病学调查的方法,收集302例精神分裂症患者的基本信息和中医四诊信息,采用SPSS 20. 0统计软件对获得的中医四诊信息先进性频数分析,保留出现频率> 10的四诊信息条目,然后对保留条目进行系统聚类分析,根据聚类结果进行中医证候要素提取。结果精神分裂症中医四诊信息可聚为10类,根据判别结果分为病性类的证候要素7项,分别为:气虚、气滞、阴虚、阳虚、火热、痰、血瘀,病位类的证候要素5项,分别为:心、肝、脾、肾。结论精神分裂症中医证候以痰、火、气、虚、瘀为其主要病机,系统聚类方法能反映精神分裂症的中医证候要素特征。
Objective To investigate the distribution of TCM pattern elements of schizophrenia and provide the development of TCM syndrome standardization for schizophrenia.Methods The information of four diagnostic data were collected from 302 schizophrenia cases by epidemiological investigation method.The information of four diagnostic data were analyzed by frequency,the items of four diagnostic data(>10)were retained,TCM pattern elements and the items of four diagnostic datawere extracted based onhierarchicalclustering.Results A total of 10 categorieswere classified by hierarchicalclustering based on four diagnostic data of schizophrenia cases.A total of 7 TCM pattern elements of disease nature were qi-deficiency,qi-stagnation,yin-deficiency,yang-deficiency,fire-heat,phlegm and blood stasis,4 TCM pattern elements of disease location were heart,liver,spleen and kidney.Conclusion The main pathogenesis of schizophrenia were phlegm,fire,qi and blood stasis,the characteristics of TCM pattern elements of schizophrenia could be reflected by hierarchicalclustering.
