摘要
目的比较持续营养支持与顿服营养支持在危重症患者中的效果。方法选取2017年2月~2018年2月我院收治的70例危重症患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组的方法分为持续组和顿服组,每组各35例。持续组采用持续肠内营养液进行营养支持,顿服组采用肠内营养液顿服方法。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果持续组患者的前清蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(Hb)、清蛋白(ALB)均高于顿服组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的IgA、IgG、IgM及淋巴细胞百分比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);持续组患者机械通气时间和ICU住院时间均明显短于顿服组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对危重症患者采用持续营养支持,有助于改善患者的应用状态,术后住院时间明显缩短,有效促进身体恢复,且不增加不良反应,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To compare the effects of continuous nutritional support and nutritional support taken at a draught in critically ill patients.Methods Seventy critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as subjects.They were divided into continuous group and draught group according to the randomization method,with 35 cases in each group.In the continuous group,continuous enteral nutrient solution for nutritional support was used,and in the draught group,enteral nutrition solution taken at a draught was adopted.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results The pre-albumin(PA),hemoglobin(Hb)and albumin(ALB)in the continuous group were all higher than those in the draught group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the percentage of IgA,IgG,IgM or lymphocytes between the two groups(P>0.05).The duration of mechanical ventilation and the intensive care unit(ICU)stay in the continuous group were both shorter than those in the draught group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For critically ill patients,continuous nutritional support is beneficial for patients′application status improvement,pstoperative hospital stay shortening,effective promotion for the recovery of the body,and non-increase of adverse reactions,which has a high application value.
