胸腺肽α_1治疗高龄患者消化系统肿瘤的临床效果

Clinical effect of Thymosin α_1 in the treatment of digestive system tumors in elderly patients

目的研究胸腺肽α1治疗高龄患者消化系统肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月～2017年12月我院收治的100例高龄消化系统肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据电脑随机分配的原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用常规化疗,观察组患者采用胸腺肽α1治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的免疫功能、Karnofsky评分及治疗总有效率。结果两组患者治疗后的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、NK淋巴细胞水平均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、NK淋巴细胞水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的Karnofsky评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的Karnofsky评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腺肽α1对高龄患者消化系统肿瘤的治疗具有显著效果,能够使其免疫功能指标得到改善,且安全性较高,值得研究。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Thymosinα1 in the treatment of digestive system tumors in elderly patients.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with digestive system tumors from August 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected as research objects and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the computer randomization,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Thymosinα1.The immune function,Karnofsky scores before and after treatment and total effectiveness rate were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,NK lymphocyte in the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,NK lymphocyte in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Karnofsky scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Karnofsky score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Thymosinα1 has a significant effect on treating digestive system tumors in elderly patients,which can improve immune function of patients with high safety and it is worthy of further study.
