摘要
分别采用天然火山渣和珊瑚骨料配制轻骨料混凝土,研究了骨料预湿处理对天然火山渣混凝土和珊瑚骨料混凝土拌合物性能、抗压强度的影响,并对比研究了LC50天然火山渣和珊瑚骨料与同强度等级C50石灰石混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能和早期收缩性能。试验结果表明,骨料预湿拌制工艺对于混凝土后期强度增长作用明显;天然火山渣与珊瑚骨料混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能比普通混凝土差,而天然火山渣和珊瑚骨料都能有效抑制混凝土的早期收缩,3 d的收缩率不到普通混凝土的一半。
Lightweight aggregate concrete is prepared with scoria aggregate and coral aggregate separately.The workability and compressive strength of the two kinds of lightweight aggregat concrete are studied between lightweight aggregate concrete prepared with prewet aggregate and not prewet aggregate,and chloride permeability and shrinkage at early age are comparative studied between LC50 prepared with scoria aggregate and coral aggregate and C50 concrete prepared with limestone aggregate.The results show that,the long term strength of lightweight aggregate concrete increase significantly with prewet aggregate.Chloride permeability of LC50 concrete prepared with scoria aggregate and coral aggregate is worse than that of C50 concrete prepared with limestone aggregate,but shrinkage at early age is less than half that of C50 concrete.
