摘要
由北京市农林科学院玉米研究中心选育的玉米品种‘京科968’,其田间综合性状好,是目前主推的玉米品种之一。为了解‘京科968’对亚洲玉米螟的抗性水平及其抗性来源,本试验选取了‘京科968’及其母本‘京724’和父本‘京92’两个自交系,以感螟自交系‘自330’为对照,利用实验种群生命表技术,研究比较了用不同玉米品系的相同组织饲喂亚洲玉米螟后其生长发育情况,系统评价了‘京科968’的抗螟性。试验结果表明,四个玉米品种(系)抗螟性大小依次为:‘京92’>‘京科968’>‘京724’>‘自330’。从抗螟性角度考虑,生产上种植‘京科968’,能够较好地控制亚洲玉米螟为害。
Corn hybrid ‘Jingke 968’, bred by the Maize Research Center of Beijing Academy of Agriculture & Forestry Sciences, is one of the main commercial corn varieties with good comprehensive characters. In order to understand the resistance of ‘Jingke 968’ to Asian corn borer (ACB), Ostrinia furnacalis ,‘Jingke 968’, its female parent ‘Jing 724’ and male parent ‘Jing 92’ were selected in the experiment, with the inbred line ‘Zi 330’ susceptible to ACB as the control. The resistance of ‘Jingke 968’ and its parents to ACB were evaluated by using the life table technique to compare the growth and development of the ACB fed on the same tissue of the tested corn variety or inbred lines. The results showed that the resistance level to ACB of the tested corn hybrid or inbred lines are arranged from resistant to susceptible as follows:‘Jing 92’,‘Jingke 968’,‘Jing 724’ and ‘Zi 330’. Planting corn hybrid ‘Jingke 968’ may have a better control effects on ACB.
