基于刚度等效的钢波纹板-减压板力学特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探索钢波纹板-减压板的分析方法与力学特性,以一座设置了减压板的钢波纹板小桥为数值算例,通过刚度等效的方法建立了数值模型,验证了模型的合理性.在此基础上分析了车辆荷载作用下减压板的力学特性.结果表明:设置减压板并不能有效降低钢波纹板结构在恒载作用下产生的内力,反而使结构内力更大;减压板能够有效降低车辆荷载对结构产生的弯矩,比未设置减压板的钢波纹板结构弯矩降低50%以上,但对结构所受轴力的影响不大;最不利的车辆荷载布置为最大轴重作用于拱顶,使钢波纹板产生最大弯矩,设计分析时应加以考虑. A corrugated steel plate structure with a relieving slab as a numerical example has been used to explore the mechanical properties of these structures.On the basis of equivalent stiffness method,a numerical analysis model was established and proved to be reasonable.Furthermore,the mechanical properties of the corrugated steel plate structure with relieving slab under vehicle loads were analyzed,and the conclusions were as follows:Relieving slab cannot effectively reduce the internal forces of the corrugated steel plate structure under dead loads,and perhaps make the internal forces of the structure higher instead;relieving slab can effectively reduce the bending moments of the structure under the vehicle loads,which was about 50%lower than that does not set a relieving slab,but the relieving slab produces little effect on the axial forces of the structure under the vehicle loads.The most unfavorable condition is the maximum axial load act on the crown,which can produce the maximum bending moments and should be considered during design phase.
