声波测井多通道相控任意波形激励源的研制

摘要 针对声波测井技术需求,提出一种基于NIOS软核处理器的多通道相控任意波形激励源设计方案。利用FPGA实现了高效逻辑控制,采用软硬件结合方式设计了具有多重保护功能的功率放大电路。利用高性能MOSFET构建了双极性甩尾控制电路,有效消除了尾波震荡对换能器发射效率的影响。实验结果表明:激励源可产生8通道高压Burst激励信号,且各通道波形种类、个数、幅度、频率等参数均可独立调节。 A design scheme of multi-channel phase-controlled arbitrary waveform excitation source based on NIOS soft-core processor is proposed to meet the technical requirements of acoustic logging. The high-efficiency logic control is realized by using FPGA, and the power amplifier circuit with multiple protection functions is designed by combining hardware and software.Construction of the bipolar tail control circuit by using high performance MOSFET, effectively eliminating the tail shock wave effect on the transducer emission efficiency. Experimental results show that the excitation source can generate eight channel high voltage Burst excitation signal, and the parameters such as waveform type, number, amplitude, frequency can be independently adjusted.
