Application of Profibus＿PA bus technology in carbon steel instrument control system in JISCO

Profibus_PA是Profibus现场总线技术在过程自动化领域的典型应用,与传统的4～20m A信号相比具有低成本、高技术含量、高可靠性、高抗干扰能力等特点。该文主要介绍了Profibus_PA总线技术在酒钢碳钢仪控系统中的开发与应用,详细分析了基于AB ControlLogix系统的Profibus_PA总线网络构建及网络配置方法,从而实现异构系统智能仪表PA总线集中监控。

Profibus_PA is a typical application of Profibus fieldbus technology in process automation.Compared with the traditional 4~20 mA signal, it has the characteristics of low cost,high technology,high reliability and high anti-interference ability and so on.This paper introduces the development and application of Profibus_PA bus technology in carbon steel instrument control system in JISCO,and analyzes the Profibus_PA bus network construction and network configuration method based on AB ControlLogix system in detail,thus realizing the centralized monitoring of intelligent instrument PA bus of realizing heterogeneous system.
