摘要
多点同步顶升系统是基于PLC技术、伺服控制技术、液压技术、传感器技术和CAN总线通信技术的一种现代路桥成套控制系统。整个系统以PLC为处理核心,CAN网络总线连接系统各个设备,通过中心控制单元采集现场信号判断检测后发送控制指令来控制液压系统和伺服电机,达到控制支座的垂直动作和楔形块的水平动作的目的。
Multi-point synchronous jack-up system is a complete control system based on PLC technology, servo control technology,hydraulic technology,sensor technology and CAN bus communication technology.Whole system with PLC as the processing core,through the CAN bus network connecting device,the system through the central control unit to collect field signal judgment test after sending control commands to control the hydraulic system and the servo motor, to control the vertical movements of the support and the horizontal movements of the wedge block.
