摘要
针对燃料电池电子负载的特点和控制需求,该文设计了一种基于ADuC841单片机的燃料电池电子负载控制器,重点介绍了PID算法、控制器硬件电路及相应软件的设计方法,并通过实验验证了其可行性和有效性。研制的控制器具有体积小、使用方便、控制精度高等特点,已批量生产应用。
According to the peculiarity and control requirement of fuel cell electronic load,this paper designed an electronic load controller of fuel cell based on ADuC841 SCM. Special emphasis is placed on the design method of electronic load controller and PID algorithm. The feasibility and availability of the controller has been proved.The controller has some advantages such as small cubage, convenient to use, high accuracy and so on. It has been put into practice.
