摘要
储罐异常压力的紧急平衡是保证储罐长期存储安全的重中之重。针对现存储罐泄压装置存在的泄放不及时、泄放量小等问题,设计了储罐异常压力紧急平衡装置。通过在储罐罐顶安装超压与负压两个单元机构,利用意外原因引起的储罐内外瞬时、剧烈的压力差,实现对储罐压力的自动平衡以及装置的自动闭合。该压力平衡装置结构简单,灵活性高,针对紧急情况设置,具有处理高效、安全可靠的特点。
The stable balance status of the storage tank in abnormal pressure emergency situations is viewed as the most important for the long time and safety storage of crude oil and oil products. A new pressure balance device was designed to overcome shortcomings of existing abnormal pressure balance control device, such as prompt discharging difficulties and insufficient discharging. The new device consists of an overpressure unit and a negative pressure unit placed on the top of storage tanks. The instantaneous and violent pressure difference between inside and outside of the storage tank caused by unexpected factors are utilized to trigger the storage tank automatic pressure relieving or balancing to achieve automatic closing. The pressure balance device is characterized by a simple structure and high flexibility, advantages in processing efficiency and safety for emergency situations.
