芳氨取代蒿苯醚的合成及抗乳腺癌活性研究

摘要 本文设计并合成14个以芳香氨基取代为特征的青蒿苯基醚类化合物,并在人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞及其耐药株MCF-7/Adr中测试该类化合物的生长抑制活性。筛选结果表明,DC06对MCF-7细胞和MCF-7/Adr细胞均抑制活性显著,GI_(50)分别为0. 10μm和0. 012μm。 Fourteen artemisinin phenyl ethers substituted with aromatic amino were designed and synthesized herein.Their antiproliferative effects were tested in MCF-7cells and drug-resistant MCF-7/Adr cells.The result showed that a potential compound DC06 exbibited significant inhibitory effects against both MCF-7 and MCF-7/Adr cells,and the GI 50 was 0.10 μm and 0.012 μm respectivery.
