摘要
师资队伍稳定是高校持续健康发展的基础。研究基于"双一流"背景和微观调研数据通过Ologit模型实证检验高校教师流动倾向的影响因素。结果表明:高校教师流动意愿较低,受性别、学历、工作年限、中庸思维、高校类型、高校区位、工作满意度、情感承诺、组织支持感和可雇佣性感知等影响显著。最后根据研究结论,提出了促进高校教师合理流动的对策建议。
The stability of the teaching staff is the basis for the sustainable and healthy development of colleges and universities.Based on the"double first-class"background and micro-research data,this paper establishes an Ologit model to empirically study the influencing factors of teachers'mobility tendency in universities or colleges.The results show that college teachers have low mobility willingness,and they are significantly affected by factors such as gender,education,working years,moderation,university type,university location,job satisfaction,emotional commitment,organizational support and employability perception.According to the research conclusions,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the rational flow of college teachers is put forward.
